As we move into the third month of our project, classes will be working to create videos of their class performing National Anthem and choose one that has best quality.
-
Classes should also add historical information about your country's Anthem into your video.
-
For the final month of the project, students should share their videos with their cooperating class and have Skype conversation(s) to evaluate how well the other class understood the information you presented in your video.
-
If time allows, try teaching your collaborating classmates how to sing your own Anthem, using the proper vocal techniques like tone production, vowel usage, and enunciations, etc.
Objectives, and Standards
Objective for April: Students will be able to apply their knowledge of their National Anthem's singing style towards creating a video to be shared with global classmates. Students will self-assess their performances, making changes as necessary and point out specific musical elements or moments that need to be fixed or changed.

Objective for May: Students will share their video performances with their global classmates, and view their classmates videos in return. Students will complete a Google Quiz to show their understanding of the new learning and if time permits both classes will teach their global classmates the National Anthems of their home country.
